About the event

Come together to feel more connected, heard, more relaxed and have fun.

This week April 16th is all about Connection back to ourselves. We'll begin with our ceremonial cacao and opening welcome circle, followed by shared and then a grounding Yin yoga session. There's always time to integrate and journal. Dinner is served afterwards.

April 30th the Full moon, we have a special guest speaker who will enlighten us on Astrology and the phases of the moon. We'll share some thoughts and do a cleansing ritual with white sage & medicine drum and then continue the conversation over dinner.

May 14th; There will be a cacao ceremony to open the evening, followed by a sound bath, guided meditation on the theme of slowing down and time to integrate by journaling, then a home-made, plant-based dinner will be served.
