Corporate Yoga at Work. 

I've been teaching Hatha-flow yoga since January 2011. I also weave restorative yoga in my classes. Over the years, I have been invited by medium to large companies to come along to their offices to offer 45min classes. These have always been well received and I am available from time to time to offer corporate yoga classes, packages can be discussed.

I have shared my story of resilience, hope and self-love over the years. I love to speak and have had the opportunity to speak for groups at the Loft Yoga Lounge as well as wellness events through Lorna Jane, at Commercial Bay, Auckland and at the retreats I personally host. Many ladies have related to my story of overcoming self-sabotage in a world of comparison.
