About the event

Join me this Thursday for a beautiful evening of self-love, and wellbeing.

Booking in advance essential as spaces are limited.

Experience a boost of confidence and end self-sabotage. Learn to apply tricks to embrace all of you, the good and the not so perfect aspects of who you are. As a trained life coach who has overcome a difficult childhood with 2 major operations to correct severe scoliosis, I have to admit I struggled with self-love and acceptance for decades. We'll start our evening with a sumptuous and grounding cacao ceremony, followed by a discussion and workshop with music and affirmations. We'll enjoy a delicious plant-based dinner and healthy desert. Only $25!
